location.
There is a $250.00 minimum order for imprinted products.

Back Orders: Will be shipped at the
same terms of original order.

Claims and Returns:
Upon receipt of shipment, if anything is missing
or damaged, you must hold the packing material and carton until
the freight claim is settled. Claims for concealed damage must be
made to the freight carrier within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed
shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No claims
for concealed shortages and/ or damages will be allowed unless reported
to our office within 7 days of delivery. If your order was shipped
by UPS, Fed Ex or truck, please notify their local office. If shipped
Parcel Post, please notify your local office.

MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS
OUR OFFICE HAS GRANTED AUTHORIZATION.
